X-ray structure of Actin Binding Proteins

Hi Xtalographers,

I've just finished developing a native purification protocol for a
recombinant yeast expressed protein which is homologous (47% aa identity)
to the Band 4.1 family of actin-binding proteins. My protein comes from
the human parasite Schistosoma japonica. I tried the Swiss server to
predict a 3D model of my protein and was quite supprised to find that
nobody has solved the structure of any members of this gene family, hence,
my 3D modeling attempt was unsuccesful.

Given that the structure of this class of proteins has not been solved, is
anyone out there interrested in trying to crystalize my Band 4.1 - Exrin -
Radixin homologue???

thanks for your time,

jake
