Suggestions about fusion protein

Dear colleagues,

			I would like to construct a chimeric protein containing the whole 
chicken ovalbumin (cOVA) and hen egg white lysozyme (HEL). According to 
3D structure, do you think that it is better to fuse cOVA behind HEL or 
vice-versa? Should I include a linker between?

	All your suggestions will be of great interest.
