I need help to find lattice constants, spacings and intencities from

    4. TiC (6-614)
    5. NbC (10-181)

    8. Ni2W4C (20-796)
    9. (Cr,Fe)23C6
   10. (Fe,Cr)3C

Please help me. I need these data, primarily no.1 and 2, but I have a
problem with literature availability.
