Problems with a .pdb file

Dear PDB users,

I just downloaded the atom coordinates of a dsDNA/Protein dimer complex.

Unfortunately, the data from that file are only for one of the two protein
subunits and one of the two DNA strands, because the complex is consisted
of two identical protein subunits and a double stranded DNA in which the
two strands are identical.

Do you know if there is any piece of software I can use in a Mac, Sun or
Silicon Graphics machine, in order to generate the coordinates of the
second protein subunit of the homodimer and the second strand of the
dsDNA?

Alternatively, is it possible for you to convert the .pdb file (if I give
you the PDB ID code of it), and send it to me through email?

Thank you in advance,

	Yours Faithfully,
