Hello,
Does anyone out there have any experience with other ways to
crosslink protein crystals besides with glutaraldehyde?
We are particularly interested in photoreactive crosslinkers
but cannot find any that have a halflife greater than 1 hour
in aqueous solutions.
Desparately seeking resilient crystals...
