Hello,
I was able to setup openGL molscript on my home pc running linux.
However, I notice that it runs slow when I'm displaying lysozyme in cpk
mode. All I'm really interested in is getting the orientation right so
the quality of the image doesn't really matter. Does anyone know how I
could drop the quality of the rendering to speed up?
I'm running RedHat 5.2, Mesa version 3.0 and have a Viper 550 card.
