aminoacid sequence of subunit alpha of neuronal nAch receptors

The alpha subunit of nAchR is known to have 2 binding sites. One is dedicated
to its activation/inactivation by both agonist and antagonist (competitive
antagonist) and another for its regulation owing to the specific binding
of its non competitive antagonist represented by a chemical molecule called
Mecamylamine.
I'd like to know the precise aminoacid sequences to which both competetive and
non competitive antgonists bind, if any.
