Hello, has anyone here used the Gateway cloning - expression system for producing high levels of proteins? Any favorite vectors, kit or homemade? We're going to test 50+ genes and want to simplify cloning. I've been recommended the TOPO-PCR cloning for creating the entry vector - comments? many thanks, Chris Upton
