Apologies for the delay on this - a belated summary on software
and code for 2D Fourier Projection and 2D Patterson Projection.
Jon Wright noted via E-mail that the CCSL (Cambridge Crystallography
Subroutine Library) has this functionality via Fortran code.
"The Cambridge Crystallography Subroutine Library is a collection of
many Fortran routines which will allow you to tailor your own application
to do just about everything in crystallography."
