Crysfire powder indexing suite update

There is a new version of the CRYSFIRE Powder Indexing Suite by Robin Shirley. 
This minor version update includes EVA2CRYS by Arie van der Lee, a program for 
converting EVA DIF peak files into Crysfire CDT files.
