I've been trying to figure out how to introduce alpha helical hydrogen bonding partners as a constraint in my refinement similar to the DNA base-pair constraint file. Has anyone done this before? I'd really appreciate any comments here. I assume it will be something similar to NOE constraints in NMR. Cheers, Bil
