MSD Protein Structure Comparison service SSM

is now available for download and in-house installation under
both academic (free) and commercial licenses at

http://www.ebi.ac.uk/msd-srv/ssm/cgi-bin/ssmdcenter

The installed SSM may be used as a local web-server or a
standalone application, running on one or several parallel CPUs,
able to serve multiple queries simultaneously. SSM may communicate
with user's applications through XML.
