Updated Rotax twinning software (Determine Twin Matrix from Fo/Fc Data)

The ROTAX for Windows twinning software (Determine Twin Matrix from
Fo/Fc Data) by Simon Parsons and Bob Gould has been updated. This fixes
a bug found by Richard Staples where cell dimensions over 100 A were not
read properly.
