Hi All,
I am trying to solve a virus structure using molecular replacement.
This virus has been solved before, none though in the same space group.
Due to the icosahedral symmetry and the space group being P2(1)2(1)2,
the asymmetric unit consists of 30 copies of the protomer. I want to
include the NCS information into the MR scheme in CNS (at the present
time, this is not offered as an option at the level of MR only at the
level of refinement). Does anyone have any suggestions on how to go
about it?
Great appreciate,
Yulia
