[Protein-crystallography] How to Thicken the cystalls

Dear group,
I am now working on the crystallization of an enzyme form bacteria. I can get the crystalls at the condition of 14%PEG8000, 0.16MCaAc,20% glycerol. The size of the crystall is large plate. But the crystalls are too thin for X-ray diffraction. Can someone give me some helpful suggestion?
