Hi, I am working on a project for the crystallization of a bacterial lipase.
I got some good crystals on the native enzyme, and I also want to
crystallize the enzyme in complex with a substrate analogue (inhibitor). I
used the commercially-available paraoxon (also called E600), but no
inhibition occured. Does anyone know any company that sells lipase substrate
analogue such as fatty-acid conjugated phophonates? Any suggestion will be
highly appreciated. Thank you.
