Hi,
I saw your name in a mailing list when I was searching for information about the Insight II "put fragment"
command. I thought you could help me. I already minimized a fragment I built and I want to put it in my fragment
library. I have tried many times, changing the name, changing the object name. The Insight command prompt window shows
the message "could not create fragment/repeat unit library entry". I tried using the repeat option since the tutorials
suggested to have a copy of the fragment stored in the library but I didn't succeed. Also I though it might have been
a problem of defining the fragment. Maybe I didn't choose correctly the head and tail atoms when defining it. Can you
help? Thanks for your attention anyhow.
Cordially,
Diana
