vectors for heterologous expression in yeast

Dear yeast people, I want to try to express a human plasma membrane
transporter in yeast.  Does anyone have any advice on
which vector to use for heterologous expression in 
Saccharomyces cerevisiae?  Thanks in advance, Morrie
