looking for a ura3-ochre allele

Hi everybody,

I was just wondering if anybody has a ura3 allele carrying an ochre
mutation that they are willing to share.  I am using SUP4-o, which inserts
tyrosines at ochre codons, and am investigating possible ways of assaying
for SUP4 activity.
