lys2 in W303

Hi folks,
        I would like to use a shuffle system with the W303 strain, but in
order to assay the phenotype (6-azauracil sensitivity), the strain has to
be Ura+.  My understanding is that a plasmid with LYS2 and a strain with a
lys2 mutation can also be used to shuffle.  Has anybody made a lys2
mutation in W303?  I already have a clone of the gene, but I don't have a
knockout allele.  Thanks
