degenerate PCR

To anyone who is a PCR god or goddess,
	I am about to embark on a project involving PCR amplification of a not yet found yeast gene.  I am going to design the primers from human sequence.  Is it better to produce degenerate primers or primers using those codons preferred most by yeast?
	Does anyone know of a reference that has the preferred codon usage for yeast?
