Dear Yeast Group,
	I'm a grad student looking for a particular type of plasmid so I can
express my maize gene in yeast. If anyone can help me out, please send me a fax
(904-392-6532), or E-Mail ("BWR at gnv.ifas.ufl.edu") or post a note here. Any
help greatly appreciated--here's what I'm looking for:
	* episomal plasmid, inducible expression.
	* cloning sites 5' EcoRI and 3' BamHI (finding this particular combo
		has been the hard part).
	* origins of replication for both S. cerevisiae and E. coli
	* typical genes for selection.
