FOOD SCIENCE NEWSGROUP

Hi I am a Food Micro grad student at U-Illinois. I am in the process of writing
the RFD for a new food science news group and would like to to know if anyone 
on this group would be interested in such a group.  Topics would include 
any science disipline (chem, micro, engineering, computers, dairy, etc) and 
their relation to food.  I am hoping the Food Industries will also be interested
and contribute.
