  The question pertained to how big the gap can be for the "gap repair"
gene conversion method to retrieve mutant alleles. The answer is thousands
of Kb !! You can make large circular yeast chromosomes if you want to.
The trick is that if you need to recover these by transforming _E. coli_,
you better stick to <50Kb or suffer great transformation efficieny losses.
