immunoprecipitation

Dear Yeast netters,

Does anyone have a good protocol for doing immunoprecipitation with
35S-labelled yeast lysates, monoclonal supernatants and protein A
sepharose.  I need some idea of the quantity of lysate I should use per
precipitation as well as anything on reducing non-specific binding to the
sepharose beads.
