Yeast crosslinking

Ray DeShaies in Randy Schekman's lab used DSP crosslinking combined  
with immunoprecipitation to show that Sec61p, Sec62p, and Sec63p were  
in a complex.  I am sure others in his lab are continuing the  
approach.
