Info on yeast seq in human DNA (YAC artifact)??

Is there a repository of known yeast sequences contaminating reported 
human sequences, e.g. from recently reported YAC artifacts?  We have a 
stretch of yeast sequence that is identical to a human seq in genbank,
(too identical!).  Thanks ------Sandy
