Dear Tedd et al,

there was a discussion on various ways of strain storage a while ago -
try to get it by gopher. For the urgent need: the bottom line was
that it is better to freeze yeasts slowly. We just resuspend a toothpickful
of biomass in 1 ml 15 % glycerol and put it straight to -80.
