plasmid hunting

Hi guys!

I have a tall order to fill but I might get lucky.  I have a 1-hybrid
system that has a HIS3 reporter.  This isn't the greatest system in the
world, so I am looking for a lacZ reporter plasmid. I need:

AMP resistance, ori
[MCS for cloning in my UAS] [tataa, promoter] [lacZ reporter gene]
2u origin (preferred) or CEN/ARS
either URA3, ADE2 or LYS selection

Does anyone have anything close to what I need?
