Does anyone know where I can get a cyr1 strain of S. cerevisiae (adenylate cyclase). I seem to recall that this is the locus designation and that it grows fairly well provided that cAMP is supplied in the medium. Thanks much. <glen_shearer at bull.cc.usm.edu>
