That depends upon what you term "stress". GCN4 is stress induced if
you consider the depletion of aas as a stress (as I do) and since the response
is very like a heat stress response: a rapid induction and then it tails off
very quickly. There is also yAP1 (PDR4) , an osmotic stress factor and an
anaerovbic stress factor. Many of the early responses in sporulation are due
to delpletion of nutrients (nutrient availability stress) rather than being
sporulation specific.
