I was wondering if any one out there knows of or has access to a Sacch.cerv. genomic library on a multicopy shuttle vector with a leucin marker (ex. YEp13) If someone does indeed have access to such a library would it be possible to obtain a sample? Cells or DNA , anything will be greatly appriciated . Paul Taslimi
