stop-supression

Hi buddies!
Is it possible or better: likely that a yeast strain can translate
through two different following stopcodons (UGA,UAA) at the end of a
gene, say by having a certain amount of supressor tRNAs in the
tRNA-pool or something like that?
Thanks in advance,
Hannes.
