Two-hybrid; hybrid protein nuclear localization?

Hi!
Does anyone knows about a quick way to ensure that an hybrid protein
used for Gal4-based two-hybrid system really gets to the nucleus? I am using
myristylated proteins and would prefer not to mutate that site as it
might be necessary for my proteins function. I vaguely know that systems
based on LexA possess such quick test but with Gal4, I have never heard
anything !
Thanks
