      I am a student at Faculty of Science, Mahidol University. I am 
working with S.cerivisiae strain SH2501 but I have some problems 
especially on its auxotroph markers. I have known that leu, trp, ura are 
its markers but it did not grow on the MM which supplemented with those 
amino acids. Does it have other auxotroph markers? Could someone tell me 
about this problem?
