I am using a system designed in Roger Brent's lab at MGH-Harvard. Check
out their gopher site (MGH) for more info. Last year they were taking
email requests for reagents (plasmids, strains, and libraries) and they
Fedexed everything I requested. I was impressed with the system and the
depth and clarity of the accompanying literature. Good luck.
