Hi netters, I'd like to know if anyone has a vector for making bait fusions (in Brent's 2 hybrid system) which would have URA3 rather than HIS3 as a marker , or if there is any other negative selection trick available for bait removal. Thanks I will post summary of responses. Dima Belostotsky
