I am looking for two Saccharomyces cerevisiae genomic libraries on multi- copy plasmids and carrying the URA3 and LEU2 selectable markers. Also, can anyone tell me if anyone has constructed a library with the LYS2 selectable marker. Any help would be greatly appreciated, -Al (aplummer at sprint.uccs.edu)
