Galacto-Light in yeast ?

I just got some to try out on my yeast two hybrid assay.  On the
initial pilot test it worked out okay but I have to redo it to get any
confidence in it yet.  But tropix did send me a draft of a paper where
the researchers used it to do B-gal assays on single colonies.

I'll post more after a couple of more experiments.
