Yeast agregation

I have some tricky questions:

Why some yeast agregate? I have transformed several yeast strains with my
plasmid and now they agregate in liquid CM. The same strain without the
plasmid (2um, TRP1 selection) does not agregate.

Is there some way to advoid the agregation? The cells grow very slowly,
but in plates they look fine.
