Hello yeast researchers,
I am a graduate student working with a transcriptional
activator protein in yeast. The lab is currently trying to determine if our
favorite protein, PUT3 is a phosphoprotein. I was wondering if anyone has
phosphoserine or phosphothreonine monoclonal antibodies. I thought that I
could buy it anywhere but when I checked, I learnt that just about everyone
sells anti-phosphotyrosine but no one seems to have anti phosphoser/thr. If
you have or know of a group or company that has such an antibody do share
that information. I'm sure that there are other people out there who could
make use of such an antibody. Thank you.
