Hi all,

Does anyone know what the minimum size of an insert is that could be 
placed in the SUP4 intron (in YAC vectors) before it becomes functional? 
Is 2kb large enought to disrupt the genes function? If you have any idea 
please let me know as this information will be pertinant for my future 
experiments.
