[HELP] Electroporation Protocol

You need an electroporator that is capable of attaining 1500 volts.  I
need to double check what the exact field strength is.  We use .2 cm
gap cuvettes and we get great results -- about 1-5 X 10^4-5 cfu/ug.

Also check the yeast bible by Gutherie and Fink for a more detailed
protocol.
