H medium for yeast

I'm trying to find the composition of a minimal amine-free medium called H
medium. It is supposed to be described in an article by Reed Wickner in a
book called appropriately "Saccharomyces" published in 1991 by Plenum Press
in the Biotechnology Handbooks Series. Hope there is someone out there with
this information, thanks.
