Dear pombe gurus,
We are planning our first gene disruption in pombe. Available restriction
sites make it convenient to have about 100 bp of homology on one end and
400 bp on the other. Does this sound like a workable design or is the
100 bp end going to cause us problems?
Thanks in advance,
Preston G.
