Does anyone know how to get rid of the red Ad. pigment that copurifies
with genomic DNA in rapid prep methods? Alternatievly, is is worth
trying to
get rid of it? I need the DNA for PCR, restriction and ligation. Is the
pigment
inhibitory to these? I've tried Nick coloumns but lost half of the DNA
and didn't get
 all of the red out.

 Thanks,	Anthony.
