IAA Selection

[JUST ERIC]

	Does anyone know if there is any advantage to adding indole acrylic
acid (IAA) to Trp dropout media to put additional selection pressure on
cerevisiae to keep TRP marker plasmids?  Something similar is done with
coli but I've never heard of anyone using it on yeast.  Any thoughts,
references?
