Hi all, 

Does anyone know how small of an insert can be placed in the intron of 
the SUP4 gene (in YAC vectors) before suppressor activity is restored? 
For example, will a 2kb insert deactivate SUP4? If anyone knows, please 
let me know as this information will be pertinent to future experiments.
