scanning EM of yeast mutant

Hello everybody:

I would like some advice about how to process a diploid strain after=20
sporulation to follow the external morphology of half the spore progeny=20
that carry a lethal mutation that leads to the end of cell division after=
=20
a few doublings. Initially we want to use scanning electron microscopy to=
=20
see what happens with these cells.
