I am looking for a vector to use in conjunction with the yeast two hybrid
vectors pGBT9 and pGAD GH.  Does anyone know of an expression vector
containing a nuclear localisation signal and a selectable marker other than
his, trp or leu?  I would prefer a vector which doesn't involve making a
fusion so I don't have to worry about reading frame, but I'll take anything
I can get.
